Consider the circuit shown below.
1. Determine all redundant SSL faults.
2. Determine all tests that detect the fault d/0.

PROBLEM 2 (60 points)
Consider the two circuits C1 and C2 shown below.
1. Using local fault collapsing, determine the set of stuck-at faults FL 1for the circuit C1.
2. Using global fault collapsing, determine the minimal set of SSL faults FG1for C1 .
3. Generate a minimal test set T1that detects all faults in C1.
4. Using local fault collapsing, determine the set of stuck-at faults FL2for the circuit C2.
5. Using global fault collapsing, determine the minimal set of SSL faults FG2for C2 .
6. Generate a minimal test set T2that detects all faults in C2.
7. Verify that the circuits C1and C2are equivalent.
8. Compare the obtained results (FL 1, FG 1, T1) for C1to the obtained results (FL2, FG2, T2) for C2 .
