A. Problem 1 (IPO Chart)

I want a program that will ask the user to enter in the amount of the meal, and the percentage of gratuity to be used to tip the wait staff. To the screen, I want to see the amount of meal, the amount the tip I should leave, and the grand total I need to leave on the table.
